11.) FLIGHT DESPATCHER COURSE
BVGFC has the capabilities of teaching all the subjects as per the syllabus of DGCA (BVGFC does not have the approval of DGCA to make one eligible to appear for the exam).
ADDITIONAL SUBJECTS: -
a)
Physical Training: - The trainees shall undergo regular training programmes in order to keep a fit body and a sound mind. They shall have regular jogging, flexing exercises, swimming and yoga classes.
b)
CRM/ Human Factor: - The trainees shall be trained in crew resource management. They shall be given adequate training to understand the relationship between man and machinery, man and man, junior and senior. Also training in stress management, fatigue management through human psychology shall be given.
c)
Aviation Medicine: - There shall be complete stress on the knowledge of basic medicines and drugs required by the pilots for sustaining with the differences felt in the health while flying or after flying. The trainees shall be trained to cope up with Jet Lag and body clock management.
d)
Food & Nutrition: - Pilots have to undergo medical test every six months. To pass this test successfully for ever pilots need to be aware of the correct form of food and calories intake. BVGFC shall help in charting the best diet schedule for its trainees.
e)
Voice/ Accent and English: - Right knowledge of language, vocabulary, and accent is the basis for proper communication. Any miss-communication leads to disaster in the aviation sector. Hence, BVGFC shall give proper training in voice/ accent and English for right communication. Student shall be practically trained through the communication lab.
f)
Dangerous Goods: - Trainees shall be given complete technical information about “Dangerous Goods”, “Packaging”, “Proper Shipping Name” means to combat a serious injury, transport and packing of dangerous goods, operator’s responsibilities and so on.
g)
Safety and Security: - The trainees shall be given complete knowledge regarding operations supervision about medical kit, communication, RT Operation, aeroplane loading, crew briefing, pre flight reporting, post flight duties, inflight procedure, emergency procedure etc. The trainees shall be given a complete understanding of flight preparation, aircraft
